Today I want to give a shout out to some area businesses that are now partnering with us for the silent auctions at our Golf Tournament and at the Tigers on the Prowl event. I am excited to help form new partnerships in our community as the City of Refuge continues to meet new refugees and assist them.

Today I picked up a donation gift card from Bingham's, my husband's favorite haberdashery. My hubby recently interviewed for a new job and he wanted to "rock it" with a new suit. Bill did a fantastic job fitting the suit, making recommendations, and treating us like royalty. My husband looks amazing in his suit and I love that they were willing to support our non-profit as well.

Como Axe Attack also donated a ticket for our silent auction. This is a new business to me and I was excited to learn more about it. The idea of throwing axes sounds like a good way to vent and have some fun!

The third new business partner is the Ragtag Cinema. They sent us coach tickets for two people; this will be a wonderful contribution to our silent auction!
Thank you so much to these three businesses for partnering with us to make a difference in the lives of refugees in Columbia. Columbia has such a big heart and is such a loving community.
