I am excited to introduce my new co-worker and friend, Kalia! I have enjoyed chatting with her in the office; she is such a sweet and caring lady! I know that our office manager is thrilled to have Kalia on board because we have about NINE interns right now! I am excited to see what programs Kalia and the interns start up this summer. The interns have done some great behind the scenes work recently.
We are thrilled to introduce our new Intern Manager, Kalia Roberts!
Kalia has passion and experience to lead our interns and develop ways to create space for connection and relationship to flourish. Kalia and her husband recently moved to Columbia from New Mexico. A native Floridian, she loves spending time in the great outdoors. Swipe to hear more!
I have worked with college students throughout most of my career. I enjoy getting to walk through life with students as they figure out what they are passionate about.
The excitement and passion that the interns bring to City of Refuge is so valuable, and I can’t wait to implement new programs with the students to serve the refugee population in Columbia. Be on the lookout for our Youth Mentoring Program to start this summer!"
Welcome, Kalia! We're so glad you're here!
